Read first or have someone read to you. I suggested that if Elliot can be forgiven, then surely Collins can. Elliot IMO did more to hurt us and doesn't have the luxury of having served us on field. You have to look at Collos time objectively, because he was their to a do job (which we will agree to disagree on) but dont mention that fact we should forgive or understand because he played in a premiership with us.
He was employed and should be treated as if a stranger had taken up the position, because people shouldnt be given special treatment in business because of past achievements.
MS - I usually agree with most of the things you say but on this "no way".
Collins was a virus with an agenda. He wantd Carlton at Etihad (of which he was obviously conflicted) - still managed to get it through and then all of a sudden lost the passion for the presidency. He is an ar**wipe of a bloke, money-hungry w**ker and the worst Carlton power broker that I have ever experienced.....I still curse whenever I here his name and deserves all Carlton supporters to spit on him.
F**k him - absolute ar**hole

I was disappointed when Scott left Carlton however I was not annoyed that he left. I would have been baulking at playing a fifth season under Pagan. To dismiss his talent is rewriting history. A similar player to Trevor Keogh I loved his dancing feet and great balance. If Pagan had not come to Carlton things would have been different for Scott. With his footy brain and talent he would have captained Carlton after McKay.
In his later years, Keogh along with Barry Armstrong became the leaders of the famous mosquito fleet which was the cornerstone to 3 flags in 4 years. Ironically this influx of small champions such as Harmes, Buckley, Sheldon, Marcou and co lead to Keogh struggling to get a game in the early 80s. Despite this Keogh captained the reserves and after he retired he became the under 19s coach from 1982 to 1984. He also had a stint as the runner for the seniors in 1986. These qualities of putting the team first typified his whole career. Never was there a better team man than Trevor Keogh
Uh huh, you might be needing your floaties.
As opposed to your banter towards Aph for example?Lets stay relevant to the thread ODN, because your really derailing it with your banter towards me.

As opposed to your banter towards Aph for example?
If you are saying this thread is not big enough for the two of us, let's see who leaves first.![]()
Asking a serious question to clarrify something I wanted to know isnt banter.
Im sort of in a relationship ODN, I wish i could wink back but I just dont think your my type and I just dont think that your knowledge on the great game is up to scratch to date me.... sorry.
Have it your way. Welcome mat needs to come in for a wash anyway.
You will never know.I hope you dont kiss your mom with those lips.
Trevor John Michael Keogh
Bit of a difference between Keogh and Campo... Trev was a Carlton man 100% and even when he was being margnalised at the club by younger players, he took it on the chin and went on in the reserves.
When things got tough for Campo, he left.
...............
Looks like someone has turned rouge...........

Marcou played 134 games & Kourkoumelis only played 62 games so it definitely is not either of those 2 from that era.
As for Bluepride being of Greek parentage, I doubt that very much Syd.
As for going to the same school as SOS (Marcellin) makes him an expert, well then I must be an even better expert as I went to the same school as Vinnie Catoggio & a few other AFL players from the 70's & 80's
Actually I doubt anything that Bluepride posts is genuine.
Seems to live in fantasy land![]()
whilst Marcellin had a few greeks at the school there went that many
.You clearly havnt been there latley.
A Greek kid from Marcellin just got drafted to Brisbane for pick 25.
