It is typical for match posters to allow between 2-5 minutes between posting sections of each quarter and adjust depending on various factors such as match thread activity, closeness of the game or if the match posters have a heavier load than usual due to scheduling difficulties (example, this weekend and last). Ideally it is wrapped up in 35-45 minutes. From looking at the time stamps of last weeks match, it really didn't deviate from what has been the normal for the last 10 seasons.
