Hawkins goaless again. Can anyone shed some light on to why this may be? Didn't play well? Played up the field? Poor delievery for a big guy? Limited gametime?
How did Selwood go? Surely he wouldn't have found it too hard, he can cope with AFL pretty well.

Some of the blokes in the twos would be easily getting a game if it wasn't for injuries, or lack thereof. We're dropping players that did well at the moment.

My point re-Callen was that Hunt was promoted when showing no form in the VFL whilst Callen was getting in the best. It would seem that he is destined to go elsewhere next year as he is not getting a go here.

Don't think Callan will get a go -unfortunately.
I heard Tomahawk sat on the bench for the start of the game & then vanished.
The VFL are on the ABC next Saturday.

Hmmm - true, I guess. I'm not a huge rap for Hunt, but he did well last week.

Love point 2. But they change our qualifing rule every year to make it harder & I have forgotten this years.

I think need to have played 6 games during the year,this will make 3. But in all honesty don't know the qualifying criteria.

Didn't last year - only Byrne and Davenport played in the granny (I think) as they have a policy of playing AFL listed players first. Not sure what the rules are this year.

He did play the full game. He wasn't at his best but still did some nice classy kicks. Wasn't in it a whole lot.
