The ledger was probably squared up about 5 minutes after the deliberate call, when what seemed to be a Bentleigh goal was called a rushed behind. I haven’t seen the footage back but it felt like it evened itself up after that. I’d need to know what the player said to the umpire before making a call on the sending off.

Deliberate call was definitely wrong but as mentioned above if it happens in any other quarter it’s a non-talking point.

Both teams playing some great footy and set up for some cracking match-ups this week!

Being at the game, I'd be lying if I didn't say there were rumblings from spectators on the bench wing that No. 10 had said some pretty distasteful things about a female umpire, hence my earlier comment about his sending off. I was unaware of what he actually said at the time, but unfortunately this isn't the first I'm hearing of it.

Agree iv heard him say a fair bit in the 10 odd games iv seen him play and was runner one day when he had a go at me for no reason he didn’t like getting a serve back either iv heard he’s a good guy of the field but on it he’s not a good look for your club i know a couple of clubs were glad he left because of that

See I knew someone with a low IQ would respond to this with such a reply. Maybe have a read further up the page where people on here were throwing around barbs from anything from being a female umpire abuser to running guns with the mob because a namesake got arrested
If you even bothered reading I WAS THE ONE WHO DEFENDED HIM calling for him not to be character assassinated without proof.

Multiple cards in this league will get you a suspension of one week FWIW

Another great win by St Pauls down at Narre Warren after being behind at half time. This St Pauls outfit never quits. They ooze class and charisma and effort, effort, effort. Man, I am telling you, Dingley Dell should be shaking in their boots. And St Pauls have another couple to come back in yet. While others, notably East Brighton are falling away and seem to be almost in crisis mode, St Pauls are as smooth as 80-year-old triple distilled scotch.

Bentleigh fought back a bit but as usual, Dingley just were too good.
