Good bye Andy hello nightclub. What a game! Love Andy and hope we get him back once he grows into his huge frame but how good was that game from grigg tonight. The guy doesnt waste a handball and all his crappy kicks go to contests.

At the end of the day it is a simple game football and he is so solid between the ears.

Beat me to it Rusty. My absolute clear standout for the game. BOG every day of the week. Played clutch footy the whole time and the only time he wasn't gritting his teeth from effort was when he was sucking in air.

Probably the fastest "deCarltonisation" of a player in the modern era.:thumbsu:

His size is the obvious big plus compared to Collins who I liked as well. Grigg certainly knows where to go to find the footy. That is what annoyed me with Tambling, plenty of talent but he seemed to be the master of being where the ball wasn't when playing for us.

Good on the Tigers for picking this guy up:thumbsu: Carlton were stupid to let this guy go he is a very talented young man and will be a future gun IMO

BTW I'm hoping you guys win a premiership in the next 5 to 10 years as I've never seen one I'm 31 this year but was born about 2 weeks after the 1980 GF :( I dont mind your team and I have to say that I absolutely love your theme it would have to be the best theme song in the AFL!:thumbsu::)

Anyway best of luck for 2011 guys:):thumbsu:

There are no fly's on Collin's but by gee we did okay with this swap.

Blue boys must have a lot of confidence in their super midfield to let a guy like this go.

I hope Collins is as good for them and Shaun Grigg is for us :)

The thing is Carlton never wanted to let him go. He put his hand up and wanted out. Ratten made the mistake of not playing him during Carltons mid year form slump and he got disallusioned. He is a Blaire Hartley special.

Yep Ratten burnt him out of Carlton, Its a shame really....

Ratten will be gone at the end of this year and Grigga will play on for years for you guys,

well done on getting him

Yeah, gee all that lazy efforts on the training track, and all those **** he was smoking really slowed him down last night. I'm so glad all that Carlton supporter "intel" came in handy;)

Yeah, I heard on the grapevine, things were a little screwy in Carlton.

Grigg was a bargin, now we just need to put him in DT:D

Seriously, welcome to Tigerland Griggy and the next dynasty.

The best thing about this is he can play a centre/link role releasing Cotch on the ball and Martin up forward.

We shouldn't have won and we didn't but the Tigers now have an underbelly of substance and that is massive!!!! That was almost like a Collingwood grind win before they started on the way to building their premiership team.

Massively positive signs for the Tigers tonight , the win/loss is irrelevant.

Vickery stepped up as well.

Life is good at Tigerland again:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::):):):)
