That's why Laidley tried to dump McIntosh. ;)

We're lucky we kept him then arn't we? Averaging 20 disposals and 17 hitouts a game, as well as already kicking 4 goals this season, before whats sure to be an annihilation of the Hawks rucks stocks today.

It seems Laidleys "kick up the bum" achieved its disired results.

I was impressed with Jacobs and Kreuzer's ruckwork against Charman and Leuenberger after watching the first half again last night. Jacobs is in form and keeping Hammer out of the side by doing alot more around the ground.

Jacobs made Charman look small.

Jacobs is still a statue. He has the mobility of a circa WWI tank, 95% of his stats are link handballs in the middle/back half of the ground, as well as being scared to kick the ball at this level.

I didn't expect him to win the contest, but Hille killed you guys last night.

Until they start imposing themselves on games with contested marks, and meaningful positions they should be content on cleaning the boots of our top two frontliners.

Goldstein isn't pronounced as Mark Seaby, Jamie Charman, Robert Warnock or Cameron Wood.

Sorry you just lost all credibility in your post there. :D

Hampson was terrific in the NAB Cup when he held his feet against Ottens and put the ball right down Grigg's throat at a throw in.

Goal.

Hampson just "outstretched" Ottens to win the tap after they started grappling for position and wasn't outmuscled in a one on one.

Good prospect the Blues are trying to develop into a ruckman who rests in the forwardline.

You must be extremely proud, that after 3 years of development he managed to win 1 hitout!

With all his physical attributes as you've stated, his huge verticle leap, obvious strength and excellent speed, he should be obliterating opposition ruckman in the AFL? Right???

Thats right, Sam Jacobs is keeping him out of the side.

But isn't the plethora of good young ruckman down at Carlton the reason that Ratten traded a second round pick for Robert Warnock?;)

In reality, you've got 4 young ruckman on the list, with Hampson 4th in line at the moment.

As a Queenslander, he'll be one of the first the Gold Coast sign.

lol I think he was very serious. Thread certainly hit a nerve:eek:.

Jacobs was solid last night and outrucked Ryder at times who jumped early at the centre bounce because he had no idea. For a minute, I thought it was Cain Ackland wearing an Essendon jumper and jumping high as he can to avoid contact.

Jacobs was fairly mobile when he gave Nash a don't argue.

And snapped a goal on their rucks.

Can Ryder ever find his man?

Hampson isn't ready after just two years on our list, so I guess he's a write off and won't be a player.

Huge unco who won't be as good as Harvey Feinstein. :D
Hampson- OMG. OMG. Speed is UNBELIEVABLE! The goal he kicked in the last term was absouloutely amazing! Wade Thompson wouldnt have caught him he was travelling that fast. Ran 20m full speed, gathered, worked his way onto his right, ran another 10m and slotted a super goal from 30 out. Not only was i amazed, the coaching box were all sitting there with the jaw on the floor. He almost had an absoloute sausage roll earlier when he scooped it up, ran past a few onto the boundary and kciked a bannana, but it just issed. Played forward and got hsi hands to af ew, but ouldnt snaffle them. Was OK in the ruck and knocking on the door.
My man.

No one hit a nerve, but I'm just laughing at this BigFooty thread because no one knows who Goldstein and Hampson are.

The polls board should be a sub-forum of Bay 13.
