Why come out with this on Monday?

Surely if it is only soreness there is every chance it could be okay towards the end of the week and he could become available?

Time out probably won't hurt him anyway, he was in terrible form before the suspension.

And he will find form in the medical room or on the outer?

Shaw is a big loss for us. We structure up so much better with him in the backline. It also lets Marty push up into midfield alot more which I love seeing. I guess this means Goldsack gets a reprieve.

So this would mean no changes then?

That would be my guess.

The only chance of a change now is for a second ruckman, as both Toovey and Goldsack did enough not to get dropped, and Barham is going nowhere for at least a month, so Leigh Brown for Wood/Bryan is the only option.

Now I'm praying Didak comes up, was hoping all along to just have one of Shaw or Didak, now it's down to 1.

Guys I don't know if it means anything, but i saw heater running laps outside Optus Oval on Saturday....

and Rusling was 1-2 weeks and not he is 2-4 weeks. So there is something up or he Re-Injured it.

Those some Articles have said he will play on the Weekend.

So I guess we have to wait untill Thursday when the VFL Sides come out and see if his playing

Dave it could just be we are taking it slow, we dont have to push him along at all.

agree with opti, I am far from a Rusling fan but we don't really have to push him along when he isn't really required, because he isn't required at this point in time, maybe if JA gets injured or something, thats when we would need him in the side!

Wouldn't you rather him miss just the one match to be safe than a few weeks because he does his hammy again.
IMO i would!

Far out Rus!

Was really hopeing he could get through a few games un-injured. Also Heater is a big loss and coming into the ANZAC Day clash he will be missed, hopefully our defenders and keep those goal sneaks like lovett and davey quite.
