Should Port and Crows merge?

Upon discussions with a very intelligent individual on BF ive come to realise as a state South Australia is stagnant and to some degree going backwards. With both clubs in a huge crisis at the moment one being financially and the other being internally, rather than watching them both flop around like fish in a dried up lake. WOULD IT BE MORE BENEFICIALFOR BOTH CLUBS TO MERGE?

Just a poll to see what people think. I know Port and Crows have the best rivalry in AFL, but both clus are struggling and imagine the quality and finances the merge would bring being a solo state team

They were already way behind the rest of Australia!!!
