I'm not sure what Terry's contract status is, but even if he's still contracted in 2009, the Tiges can still pay him out and get a new coach. Terry's gameplan at Tigerland in 2008, is basically to push huge numbers behind the ball, and setup attacking plays from defense using the advantage of numbers to generate run with a heap of uncontested possession. Players like McMahon were specifically recruited with this type of uncontested high-possession gameplan in mind. It sometimes works, but fell apart in a screaming heap on Saturday V Blues when Ratten made the Tiges players accountable, and all of a sudden they had to win contested ball which they were surprisingly bad at. Not only did Terry not have a plan B, but it appears many of the Tiges players have been poorly prepared for tough physical contests. IMO the Tiges need a new coach and a fresh start. :)

A bit of a no-brainer for mine. Despite a disappointing loss against Carlton (no thanks to Nathan Brown's kicking), the Tiges have improved considerably this season and Wallace finally has them playing to their strengths (eg. getting some run from their quicker players). Considering he's in the middle of a 5 year deal, and that the Richmond have publicly stated their reluctance to firing coaches after so many poor outcomes from being trigger-happy in past seasons, I think he should definitely stay.
