I just put into google "Kmart break Skyrim release date." A heap of sites have found out. Even people asking EB Games about it and whether they will break release if Kmart does.

I did exactly that after reading your post, and after reading in to some of these, some people are saying their Kmarts have said check back later today when they are all unpacked.
