I've got an android smartphone met, was gifted an Iphone but I'm happy with what I've got and don't want to make the switch. Android's fine.

Waiver of the speedy trial this morning passed.

No trial in Oct. Annoying but expected.

Also can Court TV stop with the zooming in on Kohberger they're going to ruin this for everybody as AT is now going to ask for no cameras at trial.

Another tidbit Judge Judge mentioned they'd been getting alot of excuses from potential jurors for the upcoming trial and that he even received a notice to serve.

Kaylee's parents say she was trapped on the wall side of the bed and couldn't get out. Was assaulted and killed.

I hadn't heard them say that before. The assault part.

They also say BK was following them on instagram but there's no proof of that and defence have stated no connection to any of the victims.

This makes me feel better as you can't support your child in these circumstances imo.
