Blair will do what he does against poor opposition who give him enough time and space to not panic. He will kick 2, and everyone will go "he showed them."

Then against Sydney, he will get 3 kicks (all clangers), 7 handballs (4 missed targets), 4 tackles (broken), 147 attempted tackles, puff alot, look really committed, kick 0.1 and 1 out on the full and be the turnover starting four scoring chains that run end to end for easy kicks in the goal square for our opponent. And so the cycle repeats.

He is not a forward. He can play there and look okish against weak teams. Against anyone any good he will struggle.
