It's unbeleivable to think how this man did not play in a premiership side.

I am only 22 and had limited time to take in his talents but he was easily the greatest player in the history of the game in my opinion.

Must be about 44 or something. I think I remember he was born in '61.

Yeah i know that, however i see vision of him in games in the mid 80's where he is having a field day and wish that i was old enough to watch and appreciate how good that man really was...

Was called god for a reason and IMO, the only reason why he is not the undisputed greatest player ever to pull on a boot is because he does not have the premiership next to his name.

Most other greats have - Leigh Matthews, Wayne Carey, Jason Dunstall, Dermie, etc all lead their teams too that premiership cup.

If Gaz had done that (nearly did, single handedly '89') there would no disputing that he is the greatest footballer ever, and by a long way!
