If Petrecca decision was purely football - I can see why people would see this as a 50/50 decision

But - bigger grounds and better facilities playing for Adelaide, not to mention and gets to play with ANB and probably more midfield minutes

If the decision is football and how do I leverage football and location for Brand Petracca - Adelaide is a no brainer

How does Trac get more midfield minutes in. GC stacked midfield with Anderson, Rowell, Miller and Humphries

Surely they intend on playing Trac more forward ?

The thing about being pissed re midfield is garbage. He played plenty of midfield minutes, not that different to previous years. he’s always rotated forward. And I can tell you that a 2.5 hour drive is much closer than a 2.5 hour flight. People in cities do 2 hour return commutes daily, air travel takes a bit more time than the flight time quoted.

Although, maybe you’re right and when he finds out that Suns have Anderson, Rowell and Miller, he’ll skip the interview and head straight to Noosa.

I’d been hearing GC for a while (which I mentioned on here). But I don’t really know which one he’s leaning towards at this stage.

Keeping his cards close to his chest it seems..if I was a betting man, I'd be thinking Gold Coast for a variety of reasons but it would just be a guess on gut feel.

I like the idea of trying to tempt Humphrey with a big money offer.

Humphrey is signed up until the end of end of 2028 and The Suns have him shacked up with 2 AFLW players up there.

Carlton asked the question RE Curnow but we flatly told Hump is not going.to be traded for anyone and he loves it up there.

Someone like Sam Walsh who is a Free Agent at the end of 2026 is probably a player The Grows should seriously target if you miss out on Trac (he was very happy to be drafted to Gold Coast or any interstate club)

Wouldn't surprise me if he wanted out from another bad year from us (I think we are trying to rebuild on the go tbh)

Good runner speed and aerobic wise, good skills. Looks to be able to kick and handball off both sides of the body.

Skinny but looks to have bulked up a little.

Decent over head especially when getting a run at the jump.

Haven't seen much of his clearance work, but ticks the rest of the boxes for me.

What's his contract status?
