It shows that they can be competitive in Group 1 WFA races - And Fawkner is more of a 2400 metre horse - Have Fawkner in my top 3 for the Cox Plate.

Sweet Idea freshened since the Memsie and gets 2.5 kg more from Dissident. Take the $7 EW or will Dissident be too good?

Also a big fan of TIAG but the increase in class might prove challenging.

I have been a big fan of Cluster for a while, think I backed it in the Guineas last year in fact.

He has turned into a serious horse. But the way he races, he will be coming from a mile back and if he gets there it will be in the final metre.

Must say that I personally didn't think that Trust in a Gust would be up to some of the classy types in the race yesterday. Fantastic win.

Not sure what I'll do with the form out of yesterday, I think a number of them didn't handle the strong head wind and quite a few good ones didn't run up to what you'd expect.

i like happy trails for the turnbull
hooked for the epsom
and bagman for the metropolitan

Turnbull is always a hard race to pick, still remember when bloddy zipping won at 50s to knock me outta the quaddie.
Race daw is today at 10ish, will wait but also like happy trails and forteller.

Question does anyone know what Gollan is doing with the boom horse this spring? Always been a big fan and loved first up prep.
