Following on from my comment in another thread - is it crazy to have both Garcia and Pou in the same team?

Assume they are both relatively cheap but are they going for the same position?

I reckon it will be all about managing the early byes and how many Saints your team can carry. Nas/Sinclair, Flanders, Pou, Carroll all looming as genuine SC selections already.

I've got Nas, Carroll, Flanders, Pou, King in my team already. Henry could be a cheap option too. Even Wilson if he breaks out.

This particular league is not draft based, nor do we play each other from week to week. We all just pick our own teams and this league ranks us based on total points scored.

The Supercoach forum has some great threads for keeping track of players to target along different lines.

He's been doing some big session in rehab but given his history, too early to say if he's on track to play rd1. But if he does, it will likely be on less then 50% game time.

Round 0 doesn’t count, no scoring that round

All Round zero teams also have an early bye (R2-4), and players from those rounds won't contribute to your team score in those weeks. The common perception is that you shouldn't have too many premium players with an early bye, and especially not all on a bye in the same week. So just need to find some spread and balance.

Rucks are a lottery right now as we all don't know how the new ruck rules will affect their SC scoring.

The concern with TDK is we still are unsure how much ruck time (where the majority of their scoring comes from) is shared with Marshall and even Owens who stood in a couple of times against the GC.

At least we will get a chance to see how he scores in Round 0, a luxury we won't have with Gawn, Xerri & Jackson.
