HAHAHA. So much irony from a ******* Bombers supporter calling another team a bunch of cheats![]()

Incidentally, what was the reaction to it by commentators on TV?
That he made sure the umpire saw it but that it was there.
It put Winderlich in a difficult spot as the tackler but he only threw his head back after the arm was already high. The high contact was caused by his momentum going forward, not a duck.
Before you all hang Lindsay I suggest you go watch Merrett's first quarter. There was a blatant dive to draw a free for in the back.
Incidentally, what was the reaction to it by commentators on TV? Or on the footy shows this morning? Not going to put myself through it personally.
But here's the thing some ******* North supporting trolls on here seem to be missing- yes it was 'there' insomuch as it wasn't an umpire error. The whole ******* point of this thread though is that this kind of shit is a massive blight on the game and last night we saw one of the worst offenders at it again at a crucial stage of a cutthroat match.
The league really do need to reward players trying to legitimately tackle, rather than reward those that wilfully draw high contact, something the league itself is supposedly trying to eradicate from the game.

It's not Bomberblitz. There was some rubbish here and it was punished, but something like Tas' post- very reasonable.Honestly, do we need Norf *******s in the thread telling us what they think is or isn't a dive. Quite frankly, I couldn't give a shit.
There's one bloke posting a video of the Jetta incident, another one telling us that Zerrett took a dive and another one telling us it is a free kick all day long. It's not Bomberblitz. There was some rubbish here and it was punished, but something like Tas' post- very reasonable.
he accentuated it a bit, but the contact was high.
By far not the worst one he's done
Agree. I have said it regarding the soccer too. Can't expect umpires to pick them all up
Only solution is player suspension, unless that happens it'll always be a problem
Accentuated, yes. But just like his 'dive,' it was there.
We feel your pain though, we've lost games to both WC and Geelong thanks to the very same ducking technique used by Selwoods, Shuey etc.
Rubbish. He dropped his knees and dived at Winder head first and then threw his head back. Scummy effort just as weak as his hit on Steinburg.
