Accidentally wrote "better in their best form" out of habit.

I was meant to write "in season 2011" as their stats are pretty close this year.

It's an insanely stupid comparison. One a midfielder/flanker and other a KPF.

Johnson is obviously a better player but it's still a very stupid two to combine. Better would be Dawes vs J-Pod.

Interesting. Sandilands is definitely better in the air and has more of an influence around stoppages, but I think Blair is the better crumber and below his knees.

Would say Sandi is better though.

Johnson shouldn't be considered a midfielder. We only put him in there when we feel the need to put Stokes, Varcoe or Chapman up forward, who are all considered mid-fwds.

Imo, it's a good comparison. Dawes is having an excellent season, as is Johnson, so it's only a good idea to compare the two in 2011.

Now, Podsiadly and Dawes would be a stupid comparison. They both have different roles as forwards.

Judging by the way Bay 13 Collingwood supporters make him out to be, Dawes would be way more than a B grade KPF. I guess since I'm a regular visitor to the Bay, I was expecting it to be more of a contest between them. Whoopsies

I will go Blair by a smidgen, but his performances in the 2010 GFs were horrible. I do like watching him though
