Example - Roll 1 - Number 5 - Negligent
Roll - 2 Number 21 - Low Impact
Roll - 3 Number 7 - 1 week or reprimand with early plea

But the number meanings change depending on each club and their players.

Honestly, man I think we are pretty fair (comparatively). Just lay off the ad hominem attacks at either players or posters and general shit-talkery and you're fine. That said I know we have a couple of um "zealous types".
