t was a hot summer day and I was in my workout room benching 1200 pounds. My abs were flexing and girls within a 10 mile radius were getting wet. Once I was done with my daily 32 hour workout I called one of the bitches I know, Jessice. She is really damn hot and looks like a supermodel. SO I got into my Lamborghini Gallardo and reved it up to 40,000 RPM (this is an Italian import with special engine system). I got onto the freeway near my house and threw it into 8th gear, I hit about 600 mph and I could hear the sonic boom as I broke the sound barrier. As I was flooring it on the freeway like a badass, Jessica called me and said she wanted me to **** her. So be it.

I came to a full stop from 700 mph in front of her house. These Ferrari’s have top notch brakes, you know. So she gets out of the house and walks up to my Bugatti and starts eyeballing my dick. I could tell she was staring at it because when I looked at her I noticed she was looking at my dick. Booya.

Flash forward 10 minutes later. My 30 inch dick is going inside of her VAGINA, hitting them walls. I’m holding her entire body up with my left pinky as I’m ****ing her and she has 30,000 orgasms. She looks me in the eyes and she says “harder.” V-TEC just kicked in, yo. I blow my load so hard she falls off my dick. There had to have been about two pints of cum everywhere. People say I cum like a pornstar, I wouldn’t disagree with them.

I throw her a towel so she can clean herself up then I do a triple backflip into my Maserati and drive home.

THAT WAS F*CKING FUNNY!!!! im in tears - bravo mate on that story, im lucky i got rid of the few mates who would come up with these kinds of stories regularly - geez it gets tiring quickly....

Considering the world record for a single lift bench press is 1084 pounds(489 kilos), a person doing 15 reps of 175 kilos(387 pounds) isnt impossible as your stupid comment of 'pig that can fly' quote states.

Still dont believe me, when you have a moment, go to youtube and take a look at this video....type in, '585 bench for 23 reps' and you'll see for yourself that it actually isn't that impossible. The man benches 585 pounds(264 kilos) for 23 repetitions easily, and he's not overly huge either. Unfortunatley, I'm not that computer savvy to upload the video myself here, if someone can do it for, I'll be grateful. Thanks.

i just watched that vid, and if you think thats real your a bigger dumbarse then i thought, clearly a fake vid....

I remember Robert Walls saying during a West Coast game that it was rumoured Daniel Kerr was benching 200kg. I think that was 3 years ago. It's probably true, the guy's a beast. Remember his tackle on Gehrig? I'm surprised nobody has mentioned him yet.

mcgaune is strong as hell apparently, he isn't exactly very muscle bound though is he

Good on him, the theory that size = strength is crap.. Matty Scarlett matches or betters any of those big forwards and he is usually a lot leaner in comparison.

...and the drip that said mixed grip is for girls has no idea.

175kg for 15 reps is definitely possible but
1) there's probably less than 5 people in Australia who would get close
2) that 585 bench for 23 reps vid is a known fake
3) the world record bench press is 1075lb and was done with a canvas double-ply bench shirt. The raw record is still around 700lbs / 320kg from memory.

I think about .001% of the forum will know what a bench shirt is.

I remember reading in one of the weight training threads that Quinten Lynch had a single press of around 175kg. Jonathon Brown was close to that too. Dont know how accurate the info was though.

Look at players such as Paul Chapman, Gary Ablett Jnr and Joel Selwood. Very, very thick through the core. Result? It usually takes 2 players to get them off of their feet. A big upper body won't assist in that. I think Chapman is pound for pound the strongest in the league... his stability is unbelievable, so is his thigh/glute size. The bad? Loss of speed. These 3 I've spoken of aren't the quickest... although Ablett/Judd(freaks) are 2 guys who are both incredibly strong on their feet and quick.

Isn't that also what Swan is renowned for, being incredibly strong, never falls down, can out mark 2 players and keep his feet.
Except the surprising thing is, he is deceptively quick, when he tries to run someone down or outrun a player, he flies.

Not sure if all that translates in huge benchies through...

you can keep your pace if you keep your pace and fitness training during your strength training

unlike me, i've slowed down after gaining 20kg
