What should be the correct procedure on road trips.Should the team stay together on the day before in one group or wander aimlessly in groups of two or three shopping or sightseeing.Just bringing this point up because we saw groups in various parts of Melbourne ie city and Chapple st and would have thought camaraderie might be built up by staying as one unit,Not trying to make a big deal,just wondering what the normal situation is.

I think one of the reasons why we play well in Adelaide is that a few years back Robert Shaw started a tradition where all the players have dinner together at a certain restaurant the night before the game. I think the efforts in Adelaide over the past few years show it helps.

Something similiar should be done wherever we travel for a start.
