Won't know the real answer to the Bock in? Who's out? questions until tomorrow. Unless Bock is named in the side, I guess.

We should have a reasonable idea. We'll know 18 out of 25 with certainty. Only the mix of interchange & emergency list will be unknown.

You'd think that 2 of Stevens, Bock & Davis will be in the starting 18. Fairly safe to eliminate the one who isn't.

If they're named in the 18 then they're guaranteed to play (unless they drop out due to injury). The only ones in doubt are those on the extended interchange bench.

Normally the club holds back 1 or 2 players "just in case", allowing the other one to play SANFL. With 5 SANFL teams having a bye this week I doubt we're going to get much intel from the SANFL team lists.

Assuming Sellar and Armstrong are the emergencies, it still could be Reilly or Symes out, with Goodwin coming into the midfield instead, and both Bock and Davis playing back.

If Bock plays, who would Davis match up on? I think that Bock offers us much more in versatility than Davis!
Stevens is in way to good form.
You don't drop Rutten.
So If Bock plays, someone misses out, otherwise we would be too top heavy against Port who are a much smaller team!

Armstrong ok but how does he force his way into that team that beat Cats especially as thoughts experience and hard bodies would be important against the mob as selectors did bringing in Bock for Davis .
You would think Symes out for Armstrong seems strange.
Especially with Knights could not push out Jaensch

Armstrong will be one of the emergencies. He hasn't forced any of the R16 players out of the team.
