Nice slide to the 2000s there

Exactly why I picked him. He could rip a batting lineup apart.
Yeah nearly went him in the nineties but already had four quicks. Quality fast bowler, used to love watch him terrorize the batsman.

Sorry I would have tagged but it didn't work on my phone.

My side, for the record, is:

Herbie Taylor
Matthew Hayden
George Headley
Graeme Pollock
Everton Weekes
Shivnarine Chanderpaul
Jack Gregory
Rod Marsh
Hugh Trumble
Fred Trueman
Courtney Walsh

Couple of candidates to be 12th man - will depend on who's still available once my last pick comes around.

.
I have that problem too especially when I can't ****ing spell his name :p

Danger in Texas

Come to think of it I won't be able to run a sim league for this. It's probably biting off more than I can chew with a minimum of 66 games.

Would be willing to sim a few matches if anyone is interested though

Nice little radio segment on ABC grandstand on my first pick Charles 'Terror' Turner. Apparently he was a spinner. Best average, strike rate and economy rate of any Australian bowler to take 100 wickets. Good times :D

As my team is close to being set, with two selections left... I'm gonna finally fill in my wicketkeeping need, and I am absolutely over the moon that the record-holder for test dismissals by a wicky was still on the board! With 147 tests to his name, and one of the best wicketkeepers of the modern era, it is with great pleasure that I select, Mark Boucher from South Africa as my main man behind the stumps!!!

Have I told you lately that I love you
Have I told you there's no one above you
Fill my heart with gladness
Take away my sadness
Ease my troubles, that's what you do

Right after my little serenade to you after NOT stealing my selection this decade ive decided to go with a little versatility with this selection. If this bloke played from India i reckon Sachin would have an extra ten 100's to his name. He is the ultimate wing man and devistated he fell short literally today. Can bat in the middle or depending on next round could quite as easily be my opener. Welcome to the Ballantyne Scouts, Mr Cricket.
