PSG offering 46 million for Thiago Silva. Huge price for a defender. Apparently Milan are conceding that they'll have to sell too.

Giroud and Podolski to Arsenal - are doubts about RVP staying growing? That's two quality strikers right there (I know Podolski can play LW). That said, I'd assume guys like Chamakh and Park to be off-loaded - are Arsenal just spending more than we are used to?
New TV deal is apparently 80%+ higher than the last one.
Bad news for those hoping for those expecting FTP to have any impact, but could also see a few clubs loosen their pursstrings in expectation of a windfall in another year or two.
FWIW when the new deal comes around I expect we'll be comfortably in FFP profit anyway regardless of this deal.
Oh well that's good, the babyblue 1/10th of Manchester can sleep soundly knowing moomba's crunched the numbers and has it all sorted![]()
Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that Berlusconi has blocked the Thiago Silva transfer. Although, Ibra could still be on his way to PSG.

i can understand though, thiago silva is irreplaceable. easily top 3 cb's in the world, i'd have him just behind kompany as 2nd best personally.
