I guess it's just easier to shift the goal posts than substantiate anything you post.

I guess we'll never see a side go from low on the ladder 1 season to playing off in a GF the next season... Oh wait, there was a team went from wooden spoon 1 year to grand finalist the next wasn't there?

If you're referring to Collingwood in 1976-77 then we only went up the ladder because we sacked a favourite son who was a nuff nuff coach at the end of 76 and replaced him with a proven premiership coach.

Not a great example if you're arguing to retain Buckley for next year. He's more Murray Weideman than Tom Hafey in my view.

The next coach better be a rebuild coach because Buckley isn't the problem I'm seeing on the ground, these players simply aren't skilled enough.

Hine hasn't seen far enough ahead to make sure delivery is a prerequisite when drafting. He's left us (and any coach we get) hamstrung for years.

We just look a mess and it is taking a toll on players. We have turned all our players into not so great midfielders. The lack of structure. not even Elliot is allowed to stay forward and is cooked when up the forward line. I give up with Eddie's Collingwood. Maybe he should complete the takeover and make the Pratt family an offer of half the Club. Then he could relocate to the Clubhouse to Raheen and the Wren legend will be wiped out. Bucks will be able to move next door to Hird in Toorak with a 10 year extension as coach. Why not make Rocca CEO and Tarkyn Football director. Blair to be an Assistant Coach next year. It could not get worse, or maybe it could?
