According to the media Bucks might know his future by next Tuesday when we got a board meeting

Reported on 7 tonight. Will the club opt to start a fresh with a new coach? I have grave doubts and may well follow what the Tigers have done with their footy department.

Since the conclusion of the 2013 season we have had 45 players walk out the door. In that time we have been uncompetitive. There is no logical reason to re-sign Buckley. He has failed, there is no denying it.

I am on record as saying Bucks isn't a good coach.........BUT.........yes their is a but the 45 players walking out the door was a CLUB decision.

I am also on record as saying our Culture revolution has been our Clubs biggest mistake.

In hindsight I would have made that prima donna "Heath Shaw" (our poster boy) play reserves for half a year until his head deflated.......but we chose to go down a different (failed) path.

Pert was the architect of the Culture revolution......him going is a good start for me anyway.

I am 99% certain Bucks will be coach in 2018........start the Bucks 2018 thread people........this one is boring.

When Bucks is signed I will PM you jmac........your a smart bloke so you know football Clubs defy logic sometimes.

Collingwood would be on top of that tree in terms of logic.........we always do things the hard way mate.

his time is up. I don't want another 2 years of excuses and finishes 10-13 or lower. lack of list development and extended contracts for old free agents and games of near misses.
if someone at your work doesn't reach their targets year in year out do they get re-newed ?

If the board signs Buckley again I'll never back Eddie again. This is a results business & Buckley clearly does not cut it as an AFL coach. Our club is embarrassing, changerequired asap!

Ironically that "poster" boy who was soooo difficult to manage may very well play in another Grand final not too bad for a wild child. Good coaches manage different personalities

Not so sure the list being a major problem is all about the coach. Others need to take some of that responsibility. I think the club review is long overdue and hope there is a lot of independent thought as to why the club has u derperformed on the field and what needs to be done to rectify it.

So your saying this extensive review they are in the middle of doing doesnt include the senior coach? Ed's already given him the green light?

Well im shocked.
Who honestly thought Ed would be impartial in his decision here, club's bordering on becoming a farce. Mediocrity is the pass mark, and as members we deserve so much more than that.

The Buckley supporters will be happy doing cartwheels while the Collingwood supporters will be wondering why has our club become a play thing for a few.
