Hird is a disgrace. Doesn't think he did anything wrong at all. Must think he has just been given 12 months unpaid leave!

Cant stand the arrogant fool! Essendon have made a lot of stupid decisions the last 2 years. It appears they have learnt nothing . Getting Hird back to coach after all this is the dumbest decision of all!.. God help the rabble they deserve each other!

Just watched the Bomber Thompson interview on Footy Classified , he asks the questions on why the AFL didn't step in earlier if they knew something was going on down there . WTF You couldnt get any earlier than Nov 2011 FFS. They sat James Hird down and said dont do it you bigg ear'd prick.

Even funnier IMO is he absolutely slams the AFL for not following up then later complains when he said injections were to stop they just hid it from him. FFS he is senior assistant and he had no idea it was going on what chance would the AFL visiting once in awhile pick up, there was a reason it was called black ops.

The AFL is not a baby sitter. It's not there job to warn you what your doing is illegal and then follow up when you keep doing it. They are all passing the blame onto someone else but Hird enquired about peptides when AFL said don't go down that path and he continued.....I'm innocent!!!!

Agree, My opinion of Bomber has gone up 10 fold after viewing that.

One out of left field and I don't know if anyone else got the same impression, but I for one detected a hint of angst from Bomba, between him and Hird. i.e. he has the bridle on and can't come out and f**k him and hates the c**t for what went down and having dragged him, reid etc into a f***ng shit sandwich that has stuffed them up in terms of their good names now being shit. They are the 4 amigos and I am tipping 2 of them at least are ****ing spewing.

Yeah, some of the things bomber has said in the last couple of days hint at this being even worse than what I thought had gone on.

Especially Bombers fans. He's the only one of the 4 to break his silence properly instead of doing a nothing press conference. He basically explained succinctly what Essendon failed at, being critical of the fact they dont know what was injected with what.
