That was a really good win against a very decent West Ham tea. Paqueta and Bowen were a handful. After we went 2-1 up it was very smooth sailing. Great ball by Mac and finish by Darwin. Big game against Spurs and Ang this week. A very good season so far.

If Bowen was around that 23-24 bracket he'd be a shout at a Salah successor. Very impressive player.

11 changes for midweek

Kelleher - Bajetic - Konate - Quansah - Kostas - Endo - Gravenberch - Elliott - Doak - Gakpo - Jota

Only comment I would make on the bench is include TAA if fit so he can get a half hour off the bench to help get him back to fitness.

That XI makes sense. The emergence of Quansah is an added bonus especially with Konate's early injury and TAA being out meaning Gomez has had to pinch hit at RB.

U21s beat Wolves 2-0. Hill with a goal and an assist, Glatzel with a goal, Koumas with an assist.

Team was: Mrozek, Davidson, Chambers, Miles, Pinnington, Hill, McConnell (Spearing), Clark, Musialowski (Pilling), Glatzel (Pennington), Koumas.

Decided to have a look at West Ham Fan TV to see what they thought of the game. One clown on there is dead set trying to say the pen was never a pen. Even all the West Ham fans in the comments are roasting the knob.

Jurg did say Thiago won't be back after international break but he didn't say which international break, so probably the one next year in march

From now on let's always offload injury prone players with 1 year to go on their contracts. Even if we get 5m or so.

I'd love to see Jurg take on the next rebuild phase which will be replacing Mo, Virg, Robbo & Ali. A huge job.

The best thing is, that the rebuild isn't even complete yet. Still need to touch up the defensive side of the team a little. And the biggest one, will be finding a RW that will take over from Salah. Team is young and has heaps more growth in before they are even close to peaking.

Good to see Klopp seeming happy and rejuvenated these days.

Love to see some better reward for his efforts in the form of a few more league titles.

Just insane in any other era he would have walked in the league comfortably, just sucks it coincided for the same time as City/Pep
