H1 - beautifully done, but no kitchenette or making that smaller room something people using the pool can use. That was a fail. 7/10

Aesthetically it looked amazing, hard to fault.

I liked the space and it was what they were going for, but yeah if they had a little kitchenette or something, would have gone a long way.

H2 bit hit and miss.

H2 - Agreed with Darren. The Murphy bed should've been a sofa bed and a TV under that window. Kitchenette works. Finishes good. 7/10

Yeah not liking the desk shoved up against the sink. Underwhelming overall

H3 - I like those skylights. I thought the cabinets looked cheap. Didn't need a desk. No TV? The styling was OK, but the amenities were incomplete. Finishes good. 7/10

Another strange room. Weird layout, but I think they were definitely restricted about what they could do due to the balustrade/stairs.

It looked nice but felt underwhelming.

I really like this except for the colour palette. Bland/10

H4 will win. It's a nice room, looked very cosy.

So Marty says about the girls room that he would rather it be empty than styled as it is.

I love those gas "fireplaces" in house 4, I want one.

House 5 looks like some wine mum "styled" their beach side shack into an AirBnB. The wallpaper isn't even depicting Hampton!
