What's the problem with clubs recruiting big name players with reputations? Berisha was a Brisbane hero up until a couple of days ago. Doesn't take long to turn on your own does it

Muscat didn't sign Berisha to Brisbane did he? And Brisbane have been more than happy with Berisha and the service he's provided - that is until a couple of days ago of course.

Of course it's a pity Bes won't be with us next year but oh well…another player just as good will be found and as in the majority of cases Bes will probably find things aren't quite as good at another club. You can't be angry at him though when the difference in wages is supposedly over 3 times the difference.

It's funny seeing some Victory trolls in our thread though. Wanting to have our coach and all our players is the sincerest form of flattery I guess. Hasn't been that successful yet though has it

That was a great win. Especially considering we were missing so many including 3 of our best 4 players. Big 3 points.

Must say I liked having the W-League game as the curtain raiser.

The Roar womens team actually play some nice football, much more watchable than half the teams in the A-League. Some of the players are tougher than some of the male footballers as well.

Hope the curtain raiser happens every home game next season.

if you buy tickets at the gate you want to be there a good hour before kick off to avoid late entrance. Western Stand middle obviously or if you wanna go in with the members northern end

For atmosphere, The Den by a country mile

For views the halfway line.

Don't get black, I never understand why seats near the corner costs more than seats behind the goal in a rectangular stadium, when near a corner your head is tilted for most of the game.

Also you can buy at the gate but as Big Sauce said come early.

Really feel for their fans The only bad thing for us is I've heard they'll be putting a bid in for our back 4 by the end of the week. To try and steer them away i've also heard we've let them know Matt Jurman used to play for Roar, so there is a chance we could see them putting a big bid in for him as well...
