No Narrative, If the club gets him on board I will support their decision and hope he has significant input into turning this place around. I just dont want any skeletons coming out of the closet.

Will admit one thing * are much better through the middle without Sheil turning the ball over - parish is only taking his possesions and not giving them to the opposition .. high possession count as a mid fielder don't mean crap if you keep giving them back to the Oppo in open field ....

See, I'm not sure if I agree. I've been at us for a while to do something different than what we're doing with Cripps in the middle, to try and develop someone else in a role to which they are suited.
Shiel, when he comes back in, has the luxury of being now a part of a much stronger midfield and doesn't have to be as inside as he was before; he gets more time to kick, and more space.
And people have forgotten a bit what he was like at GWS. He's for whatever reason somehow less dynamic than a number of high quality players despite doing more or less the same thing.

No we are on same page -- when shiel is one of the main drivers he isn't good enough -- as a second string he can do a job -- only since they had a period without him parish got opportunity shiel will go back to rotating as a secondary -- bit like GWS does cognilio come in replace green Taranto ? I'm not sure --
Cripps is good when he had that higher handball ratio and big tackle and contested numbers like weekend .. if we had that extra pure mid that's good by foot to enable curnow to be the secondary for cripps when resting we be better off..just none stepping up..

.. hope his trajectory is like Walsh .. we might get away with Walsh kemp cripps setterfield (games late last year were to good to say he won't make it) plus what we have .. "allowed to dream"

Really good to see, but it's more frustrating than anything. Most of our entries inside 50 do my head in too.
Not an accurate analysis anyway, as each phase of play changes depending on whether it's a goal or behind.
Slightly better indication would be qtrs won, but even then, the draw for each side has been different and you need more data
