I'm getting really excited after watching the past 2 nights of AFL, even though Thursdays wasn't really that amusing after half time. Watching Essendon compete was great, and made me think what a great match our one will be. Both teams are so similar in pre-season, goals, and result last year. We're both fierce competitors, and if last years 2 matches against them were any indication, the game should be really close. I'm also really glad they're showing it on normal TV and not foxtel, even though it's delayed. This is good for me, though, as i finish work at 2.30. ;)

now the tough bit for you would be if you drive home, would you
A) have the whole radio turned off and/or just listen to cd's
or B) listen to the game live? ;)

I'll wait it out and save my excitement for the telecast. I can't stand listening to the radio broadcast when I'm going to watch the game on TV later. It ruins that part of the game because you know the score.
 
Bounce lol, some of us will be there, hopefully most of us.

Channel 7 doesn't exist to me any more as far as football goes, going to the game, and will watch the replay at 11pm on Fox, win or lose.

The game starts at 7am for me (im in Abu Dhabi)

and probably finish around 10:30am

and I have a business meeting at 11am in the city... its gonna be a close call i hope we are 8 goals up by the final change

Don't worry about it, if your late, just walk in with your Collingwood jumper or scarf on, singing the pies song, and all will be forgiven. (or you will be fired):p
