dude, you're spot on here about the cultural differences (are you a qualified sociologist by any chance?!) i think we struck the right balance between needing to keep our finances in check versus making sure players we were probably going to de-list had effectively "saved face" by finding another opportunity.... aren't we just awesome?!!
