Burgan:
GAVIN URQUHART
Morningside, 15 August 1988, 181.1cm, 80.1kg

Urquhart looms as a likely 20 to 30 selection - although such is the nature of this draft that he could land at one of the Lions' two picks in the 30s - and he will firmly be in the minds of the Kangaroos at No.21 and Hawthorn at No.24, along with McKenzie at the same picks. He is one of a number of Queenslanders set to figure prominently in this region of the draft. Geelong (No.25), Richmond (No.26), Collingwood (No.28), Melbourne (No.30) and Fremantle - with its first choice - (No.31) will also be monitoring him closely.

Highlights/achievements: Utility player who can play midfield or defence. Long kick and capable of kicking long goals on the run. All-Australian at U18 level in 2005 and AIS/AFL Academy graduate. Originally from Rockhampton in Queensland.

Hope we go some pace next as I don't think Urquart is overly quick. More very hard and tough.

Maybe DJERRKURA or KRAKOUER next?

Holding out Houli or Krak now I reckon.

Burgan - TODD GOLDSTEIN - HAWTHORN
Oakleigh Chargers, 1 July 1988, 201.0cm, 106.2kg

A member of the '300 club' (200cm/100kg), Goldstein is a young man-mountain that could fit in a variety of scenarios in this draft. He is a genuine chance to figure early in the draft, due to his physical attributes - and the lack of ruckmen in this meeting - while he also looms as a second or third rounder. Hawthorn, Collingwood, Kangaroos, Essendon, Sydney and Melbourne have all expressed interest, with the Hawks a genuine prospect for him at No.33 and particularly since Everitt has moved to Sydney. The Hawks may also look at midfielders O'Keefe, Connors and Houli.

Highlights/achievements: Ruckman with an elite basketball background. Began with Oakleigh Chargers program late in season 2006. Ruckwork rated highly and possesses good skills for a tall. Has proven that he can go forward and kick goals.
