HAWKS FANS GROAN AT THE GOLDEN THRONE

The horror start to the season for the East Side Hawks continued against the Royals it what could only be described as a disappointing performance, leaving many experts scratching their heads.

Club Captain The Filth Wizard was not amused, however noted that there is only 3 games played whilst comparing the journalist to a phallus "It's only round three, dick". The captain himself was a major contributor with 23 disposals and a gargantuan 8 tackles, Mr Eagle was the Hawks best with 31 disposals and two goals and larrikin's play in the forward line proved effective kicking 3.

The club internally appear to be seething with the latest loss and considering they have held the lead for portions of all three games played there is a growing feeling of angst as they are still searching for their maiden victory.
