HOMNIVOUROUS HAWKS BLAST BENIGN BEARS

WAVERLEY: The East Side Hawks "are a freight train from hell going straight up the arse of the competition" according to club captain The Filth Wizard , and with the clubs form over the last 7 weeks who could argue.

After an initial delay in proceedings due to terrorism protocols, which thankfully was just an over exuberant fan dressing in costume. The Hawks, whilst wasteful in front of goals came out 9 point victors.

The move of Agent93 to the wing was an inspired move with the second year player racking up 32 disposals and worked brilliantly with Mr Eagle (33d, 2g), whose breath taking performance controlled the midfield for the Hawks. Loonerty season for the ages kept rolling like a fat kid down a hill with 25 damaging disposals and 10 herculean marks. Citroin 's 24 disposals and two goals proved vital.

Young goalsneak Milera2Betts is developing a knack for kicking a goal at the most vital times, one could say she emulated her hero with 2 majors.
Eagling with 20 disposals should be under strong consideration for a rising star nomination.

The Hawks move on to the next victim

HAWKS STOPPED BY SWAMPRATS

SIN CITY: The East Side Hawks missed an opportunity to stake a claim at a top four spot with a 42 point loss to the Swamprats at The Underground Stadium on Sunday. Whilst the team battled hard team captain Mr Eagle noted "Skill errors and inaccuracy in front of goal at the wrong times thwarted any change of challenging the Rats"

For the Hawks Agent newly married midfielder The Filth Wizard put aside the New Idea and Women's Weekly photoshoots and put forward a tireless effort with 24 disposals and a team high 9 tackles. Elton Johns Wig, certainly a front runner for EKA honours amassed 24 disposals, 14 hitouts and 1 goal.

Spearhead brahj could have has a day out however had to settle with 4 goals 3 behinds, inaccuracy was also the bane of Milera2Betts with 5 behinds, which is rumoured to be her best feature.
