Have yet to see the finale but the overall feeling of the season has been a bit ehh.

Feels like it's being stretched 2 seasons too long.

Like I know they thought they could stretch it out to a 6th season.
No one thought to stop and ask if they should.

As soon as she left Gilead this season should have wrapped up what happens to Hannah, Nick, Lawrence, Lydia, Janine. Serina and June. Last season we got Freds death. This season was just mehh

Nothing more annoying than a June close up with her tweaking eye.

Got through it ok. It's a unique watching experience I find & everytime a new season drops I say to myself "am I really going to do this again".

Good to see a bit of humour creep into the show - "maybe it'll have a manger" cracked me up big time.

Wasn't a bad finale.

An entirely unremarkable season that one though. Really should've finished up a couple of seasons back.

You could see sprinkles of Selina’s self doubt throughout the course of the series

What I struggled with this season was her arch almost mirroring June’s of earlier seasons. I just felt it could have been done in a different way.

I really enjoyed the season. Admittedly it wasn't up to the grade of the first couple of seasons, but it's still at times a very entertaining and gripping show. It remains compulsory viewing for myself and The First Lady at our place.

I reckon it was straight after Season 3 that I posted that the best character of the series was being phased out, which reduced the intrigue, uniqueness and real brilliance of the show. That loss has been further consolidated during S4 and S5.

And that character is Gilead.
