It went from actually having reasonable reasons to hate Hardwick or wanting him sacked

to "he is a shit coach cos he smiled once on camera instead of raging."

to

"his a shit coach cos he couldn't remember a saying in his press conference"

I dont think anyone actually hates Hardwick

Most admit he has done a good job up to a point and represents the club well.

Unfortunately the question of whether we can afford to continue with him is unavoidable if we dont want teams catching up to us.

I just want the RFC to move forward and DH IMO has hit his peak. The clubs concept of stability is not my idea of success.
I'm not a hater and it irritates me to have posters putting me and others into this basket. Poor use of words and bordering on immature

So they have a right to post what they want also. We have mods to do the groundwork if they i or you go overboard. Should i start a DH lover's thread? Then posters won't correspond. I get what your on about and i don't disagree but like i said leave it to the mods.

I will report disruptive posts if I object to them. So can anybody. The mods will make the ultimate decision, not me. I have no power, just the right, like everybody else, to bring matters to a mod's attention.

I'm not telling anybody what to do. I'm simply stating what I'm going to do and I'm stating it out in the open, not setting up hollow threads that turn into a Hardwick hate thread. And I can't ignore it. You mob sprout up everywhere.

I don't hate the man at all. I actually think he is a great bloke. He is a close friend of a friend of mine too.

The fact remains though, as a coach you are ultimately going to be judged on your success. He has done a good job getting us off the bottom of the ladder but we need to win finals, preferably a grand final. If he can't coach us to wins against mediocre opposition, I can't see how he will coach us to premiership.

I am happy to give him till the end of the year before making a clean decision one way or the other (i.e. not sacking him mid season). However, I am being driven crazy by constant sideways and backward movement that must be COACHED OUT OF THE PLAYERS. It is obvious it won't win us games. I can handle mistakes taking the game on but I can't handle mistakes playing safe!

He needs to get a move on this week. If we can't beat Melbourne who have improved, then another nail will go into the coffin. There are then only another 17 odd nails to go before the coffin is lowered into the grave so he must motivate and direct the players NOW.

I agree with this.

I will say to people getting offended, don't get confused, this isn't about saying Hardwick as a bad coach. It's about entering every single thread and sniping him about absolutely anything and everything.

You can dislike him as a coach and you can comment on what you think he's doing wrong in the right thread, but don't take shots at him in every thread. For example, the preview thread. Whenever a player is mentioned who THEY think should be getting a game, THEY will then make a comment disparaging Dimma for not playing him. Every time. It's unnecessary. And it's ****ing boring to read.
