This thread is purely for reporting hats within the game of the AFL.
Embrace this thread, calling it shit means you are not passionate about hats, but we know it's an important topic as the AFL media constantly tell us it is. Hats are not to be discussed on bigfooty outside this thread.
History of AFL hat media.

Jobe Watson wore a hat that said "FEMINIST" under the brim during his press conference about his AFL return.

"HOW ABOUT THAT HAT?
NOT many people can find a way to overshadow their own press conference.
But Jobe Watson found a way to do just that with his choice of apparel for the big occasion.
The returning Bomber donned a cap which said “FEMINIST” on the peak, seemingly making a statement in more ways than one.
So what’s the story behind the cap?
The “FEMINIST” cap is part of a range by American fashion company Wildfang (German for Tomboy). The company, which is based out of Portland, Oregon, has a range of celebrity ambassadors including American soccer star Megan Rapinoe.
Whether Jobe was plugging the brand, making a statement or just liked the cap itself is yet to be determined."
The AFL media, covering the important stuff.
