The last couple of County cricket seasons there seems to have been some really massive innings totals (some have been posted on here).

Is it purely a reflction on the standard of County Cricket?

A mate of mine was doing some 2nd level coaching in the Lancashire area 3-4 seasons ago and he said at that time the CC standard was fairly poor.
