He doesn't but you said he got better. He basically just kept doing what he already was doing albeit after losing a yard of pace as he got older.Why does he have to show leadership? Hes showed repeatedly how good he is, picked up another brownlow won more AFLPA MVPs. The guys equivalent to Michael Jordan, more importantly hes happy. He's enjoyed more success than any player needs and now hes grinding it out in a poor side, hes got a few years ahead of him yet.
Dont carry on like a salty Adelaide supporter and admire Ablett for who he is, what hes done for us and what hes done for football.
