Your answer is in that paragraph you quoted. It says from outside the 8 to top 4. Whist we were definitely a bolter we don't fit that criteria.

I didn't write we should be on the list but get an honourable mention ... y'know like Freo and Sydney.

We more than doubled our number of wins from 2012, increased our percentage by 25 percentage points, jumped from 14th to 7th (and at 14th had half the number of wins of the 13th placed team) and went from recognised basket case to respected competitor in one season. That's worth some recognition in an article about bolters. Especially compared to what Melbourne did, the club at the start of 2013 we were most likely to be compared to in the media.

I just happened to have the radio on earlier and heard that he was about to be on. Made a point of turning off beforehand because I knew it would have just make me angry listening to him. Very frustrating when you just want to punch someone and you can't.
