Would be worth it to see all the Perth media having to switch horses & start the character assassination articles.

It would be hilarious, their brains would melt.
He would go from " misunderstood , struggling with mental health , WC star "
To
" Fremantle recruit another has-been with drug abuse issues ..... will they ever learn "

Oh wait a minute ..........🤔

Well if Pav is going to be a serious media figure he has to take a swipe at Freo or a player when it's deserved.
I assume it's about Fyfe's goalkicking, if so swipe away Pav. Anything to fix it.

Pretty sure that’s what it is. Something along the lines of if he wants to consider himself in the top echelon of players, he needs to kick more goals

Guaranteed Pav and Fyfe chat offline as well so it’s not like this is anything other than in good faith. He’s probably just trying to put a rocket up him.

Great line in the Worst today by Quartermaine regarding the AFL drugs policy
"The AFL tends to arrive at negotiated conclusions and then back fills the logic and process that supposedly gets them that point"

It's very hard to argue with what he says in that article. The AFL simply make stuff up on the run and are oblivious to the fact it makes no sense.

I was just skimming through AFL Tonight on Kayo and Sumich appeared talking about Willie. It took me about 30 seconds to realise I was watching him and had pressed the slow motion button :) Jfc how the heck was he even in the conversation to become Freo's head coach?

David King just potted us as one of the most disappointing teams this year.
Tend to agree, told SEN apparently and surprise surprise the Worst Coke Australian picked it up!
He said our contested ball has gone out the window, which it has.
Picked us to beat the Bombers though, but our mids better get off the chain, and on their bike.
Thanks Ross, oh and be dog hungry!!

Stating the bleedin' obvious, but Rioli sure was lucky to be an Eagle.

If he was one of ours he would never, ever again be referred to as anything but "drug-convicted Docker"..."Drug test cheat Freo forward"....etc. etc. etc. Let's see how he's written about from here on. Not too late for Jesse Hogan's PR people to look and learn...

Nationals MP makes offensive joke but to the west australian he is Former Dockers coach.

Premiership hero according to C7.

Maybe Willie could take a leaf out of NT and WA football legend Bill Dempsey's book, "The Boy from Birdum". It's a ripper read that filled me with respect for his courage, honesty and humour.

He and Bill share an indigenous background but I suspect Bill had a much tougher start in life. He was taken from family aged 3 and put in a Darwin mission, then marooned in Perth aged 18, having come as reluctant offsider to a talent-scouted mate. The mate returned home but family in the Territory told Bill to stay and 'make them proud'. He did.

By career's end his honours included numerous premierships in WA and the NT, where he played for the Buffaloes in the WA off-season, a Simpson Medal and an MBE. At one stage he and Polly Farmer were vice-captain and captain of the 'Cardies' (Bill later captain for several years), making indigenous history that maybe has yet to be repeated.

When young Bill was struggling to make his way he asked his grandfather: "Who's going to help me?" "Look in the mirror" was the reply.
