Did I read correctly and Voss used the words reset in his statement. Doesn't seem to align with finals...

when choosing a coach from a champion team, Im choosing the defender and the role player over the midfielder every time

I hope so, but I think he'll go OK .
Not great.
OK. I suspect that he is much better prepared to coach now then he was in his first stint.
I think he'll take that list to 5-10 range and have the faithful hanging on for more.
But that' about as far as it will go.
There's a Carlton poster ho contributes to this thread who outlined how Carlton have managed to recruit inside the salary cap and there's going to be a log jam in the next 2-3 years. That's likely to cause some real issues and I suspect is where the golden blue age will end (well golden relative to the last 30 years)
