You are spot on here. The only thing is though, that apparently Sando himself refused to change the people around him. If this is truly the case then he didnt really do much to help himself.

this is true

when appointed it was Sando's all on whether to keep Bicks and he was very keen to do so

last year the club put forward a range of options to Sando however he was steadfast that he wanted no change to his coaching group
