Hawthorn @ Away

This is the toughest block of four out of our whole fixture. 0-4 is scarily possibly, 1-3 more likely. Halving it 2-2 would be a brilliant result.

Discuss.

Port - Certain win
GWS - 50/50
Richmond - 85% sure we will win (basing that on their track record outside the MCG)
Hawthorn - Win (we play Etihad pretty well, should beat them)

Bit optimistic, but 3-1 is a real possibility.

Would be happy to with 2-2 - would be a good result.

What I’d like more than anything though is 4 really good performances, no thrashings or no-shows.

We’ll learn more about the team in the next 4 weeks than the first 6 that’s for sure.

Go 2 and 2 and we are 7-3, would have taken that in a canter.

1-3 I'll accept, 2-2 and I'll lock us in for finals, 3+ and I'll start dreaming of top 4. I am expecting 2-2, beat port and richmond.

Heads says 2-2
  • Port - Win
  • GWS - Loss
  • Rich - Win
  • Hawks - Loss
Heart says 4-0 :D
Hawks at Etihad we should win. We have a great record there - our poor record v Hawks was at the MCG when they were winning flags.

I think we're a good chance for 3—1, but would be ok with 2-2.

No flat tracks until the Saints in Rd 11. After the bye is also a very tough run of 5 games, given that Essendon are always competitive against us. Not an easy road to top 4 from here. Any win we can pinch will go a long way.

Win the home games, lose the away. Happy with 2-2 out of those four then build from there

Genuine chance of 4-0 but I expect 2-2. GWS are going pretty ordinary at the moment and I reckon we will beat them. I think Hawks and Tigs will be the toughest games for us.

WTF is that? Looks like someone has fed their dog 18 club fridge magnets and a tin of laxatives and photographed the result.

****** is on drugs.

Haha yep it's pretty full on. I like it though. It gets better as the season goes on. Gives a decent indication of where we might finish, although at this stage a table with %s is probably easier to read.

Port Adelaide @ Home - win
GWS @ Away 50/50 not as strong as they have been in the past and yet we have kept up. further more no ruckman on the GWS end.
Richmond @ Home win i dont see anyone beating us on our turf this season
Hawthorn @ Away 50/50 - hawthorn is very jerkyll and hyde atm. if we go in with the same shitty approach as per the last few seasons well get burnt. if not we should win as it is at etihad. also hawthorn is both an up and down team

I'll give it 2-2. not too bad. but builds a huge platform for the rest of the season. if we win all 4. id lock us in the top 4.

Im afraid I have some bad news.....:straining:

For what its worth I feel we can knock off Port and GWS if we play at our best. Richmond will do us I fear and the Hawks just never say die.
Point out to me a decent opponent richmond have beaten away from the mcg in the past two years.

The best they have managed is port last year and we beat them away twice.

Richmond - like most teams arent much cop away from their safe place.

True, but I just feel that their frenetic pressure will get us.
