Belarus was the host country for the Minsk "agreements" during the conflict, and Lukashenko and Putin have been in bed together for a long time. Part of the reason why I say that Minsk never had Ukraine's best interests in mind. And shock and surprise, Belarus is the only country supporting Putin in this. Even Kazakhstan has turned its back on him.

Very smart of Zelensky to refuse to go there again. And to ask Putin how he'd feel about going to Poland.

Agreed, but unfortunately no treaty will ever be sufficient. Sovereignty was never ceded, in truth we should be returning all land and infrastructure to our indigenous people and allowing them to put in place political systems of their own choosing.

But as that will never happen I suppose we shouldn't let the perfect kill the good.

14 kids killed during invasion

There’s some more sad news coming out of Ukraine, with the health ministry confirming more than 350 civilians – including 14 children – had been killed in the conflict so far.

More than 1600 have been injured, including more than 100 kids.
