I've always been a "whatever sounds good" kind a guy, I'm hopeless with remembering songs and bands and what they sing.

Apart from those 5 I listed (and maybe Foals, Jamie T and Arctic Monkeys) I'm pretty much the same. Most my playlists are full of randoms I liked the sound of

Not enough Rage Against The Machine love on here. They've stood the test of time well and some of their tunes are absolute classics. Never forget seeing them live. I guess you could call it hip hop rock but not sure exactly what genre it goes in!!!

Have you heard the new stuff that 3 members of RATM are doing with Chuck D and B-Real yet?

Matchbox 20 (hugely underrated IMO), Gaslight Anthem, Queen, The Killers, KoL, Elton John, Head and the Heart all are up there too.

I don't believe in guilty pleasures when it comes to music. I enjoy listening to all of the music I choose to listen to. Whether it be Taylor Swift, or Michael Jackson, I am listening to it because I want to and I like it. Nobody should be ashamed for the music they do or don't like. It is entirely subjective and obviously things appeal to different ears.

Biebs is just the front man to some decent commercial house type stuff now which I don't mind.

Two Door Cinema club is an Irish indie pop/ruck band. If you like Brit pop rock you'd definitely like them.
