The original plan was for an April 2018 wedding in Atlanta which is now cancelled as it’s been made redundant. Still booked flights over there as we’ve got tickets to attend The Masters so can’t pass that up. No phones or cameras sucks arse though, would’ve taken hundreds of pictures.

Yes it actually is quite sad actually. Many people in retirement villages either have no family left or infrequent visitors. They'd take whatever contact they can get, so yeah that scene also makes me a bit sad.

College football is more innovative and better to watch than NFL. The Colleges are the only teams in the majority of top colleg areas.

I heard about that, but that also leads to one very weird thing: The best players of the College scene would flounder at the pro level.

Say that in any other sport, and that comes off as bizarre. Yet thanks to College, you end up with those cases because of how different the play style is.


I'm actually genuinely curious, but which team is the most popular in Michigan? Detroit or UMich? I feel like one is the joke of the NFL, and the other's the most famously attended clubs. I know folks up there love their sport, but I have to wonder which of the two is bigger (at least with the Longhorns, I get the fact that it represents Austin, who have no reps on any level, and are the largest city without a rep. But with UMich, I feel it's a bit more than just Ann Arbour).
