Yeah a pointless joke about something that's clearly quite frustrating and annoying for me that I was looking for help with. Other people come on here posting about a whole range of things they need help with and people try and offer solutions, not brain dead jokes like the one you offered up. To do it during play in a GF is even more laughable.

Yep, with no issues, that's the weirdest part. I spoke to Microsoft and other than a system reset which I've now done with no luck, there was nothing more they could suggest. Might try contacting EA and if that doesn't work I'll just have to give up on it.

Alternatively, it might be worth asking the folks on the Video Games board for advice. Also, the Xbox/EA\FIFA subreddits may be good sources of assistance. Best of luck - your frustration is totally understandable.

Some are experiencing the same problem. Do you have anything non-essential to the console's function plugged into any of the USB sockets?

I started reinstalling before realising I had the Guitar Hero USBs in too so I'll see in a few hours when it finishes re-installing haha.

Annoying thing is since doing the Factory Reset yesterday some games won't reinstall because I think the discs are a bit scratched, so not sure if I'm going to be able to get them to send through digital copies to make up for it or not.

I would, Halo was the main game I played.
